Our Story
Founded in Singapore in 2022, IDA PMC Pte Ltd began with a lean, agile team and a conviction that great projects depend on strong leadership, ownership and clear accountability. Today, our consultancy works across data centres, industrial, institutional and hospitality developments, bringing independent advice and hands-on management to every stage of a project.

Director
Dave Soh
Dave brings over two decades of construction experience across industrial facilities, semiconductor fabrication plants and data centres. His expertise covers the project lifecycle, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration and quality management.
Director
Christopher Leong
Christopher brings extensive project management experience across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Middle East, particularly in healthcare, institutional, educational and hospitality developments. He holds a PhD from University College London and previously led Rider Levett Bucknall’s project management consultancy for 16 years.

Richard Chia
Richard became a Project Director at IDA PMC in 2022. He holds a BA in Construction Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His experience spans industrial, institutional, residential and commercial developments, with expertise in data centres and semiconductor projects.
Project Director
Allan Chang
Allan joined IDA PMC in 2023. He holds a BSc in Project and Facilities Management (Honours) from the National University of Singapore. His career spans quantity surveying, project management, scheduling and cost consultancy across industrial, healthcare, data centre, residential and hospitality projects.

Matthias Alexander
Matthias holds a BSc in Architecture (Honours) from Taylor’s University and brings over 15 years of project experience across Singapore and Malaysia. His expertise includes authority submissions, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination and project delivery. He is a Green Mark Accredited Professional.
Senior Project Manager
Don Tan
Don holds a Diploma in Architecture and a Bachelor of Building and Project Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he brings experience in building construction, site coordination, quality management, project planning and stakeholder coordination.

Lee Shyh Khai
Shyh Khai holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His experience covers project planning, budgets, schedules and contracts, with expertise in cost control, risk assessment and stakeholder communication.

Lynn Tang
Lynn brings over 18 years of experience in the built environment and facilities management, specialising in Singapore public sector projects. She holds a Bachelor’s in Facilities Management and is a certified Fire Safety Manager. Her work covers site assessments, stakeholder coordination, regulatory submissions and contract administration.
